Inspiration: Moon Over Soho
This one was picked up from the library, and it felt like a difficult second album (I know it's a book). The story wasn't as tight as the first book, and while it was still enjoyable to dive more in to the urban fantasy world under this version of London, there was a bit of bite missing.
Nothing in this stops me wanted to pick up the next in the series, but it goes to show that maintaining very high standards for series is very difficult. Fully expecting the next book to pick it back up again.
